Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have industry experience to join and participate in the class?
The average participant of The Laundry Masterclass has about 5 to 10 years of industry experience. However, we have also welcomed a number of owners who are only planning to set up their laundry. We specialize in the industrial laundry segment (capacity of washing 1,000 kilos daily), and some of our classes touch on planning and setup.

Why is The Laundry Masterclass more expensive than other laundry classes in the Philippines?
We are an independent group with education as our advocacy. Our expenses cover our logistics and speaking fees. As a rule, we do not sell machines, chemicals, and other brands in our classes to maintain an atmosphere of independence. We only provide such advice in private consultations.

Most of your classes only accommodate 10-15. Why don’t you expand to larger venues?
We value quality of experience over crowd. 30-50% of our class time is peer-to-peer learning; that is, our participants tend to share their experiences and challenges and, in return, they get feedback and advice from fellow students. To maintain this atmosphere, we only accept a small number of participants at a given time.

Do you have webinars and online classes?
As of now, we do not have plans to hold online classes. We acknowledge that this makes our classes inaccessible, and we hope to roll out a viable setup for online students soon.

What is the “Accelerated” registration?
In each class, we offer a registration option that allows a participant to book a 2-hour private consultation with Engr. Romeo Apolega after the class.

Can I invite Engr. Romy to a private speaking engagement?
Yes. Please book through Paolo at editor@isitcleanph.com or 09162647231.

What happens after the class? What is The Whitelist?
All participants of the class have the option to join The Whitelist, an exclusive Viber group where we share business opportunities, tips, videos, and exclusive events.
