Over the last decade, the number of laundry businesses has grown tremendously — and with it, the need for professionals to expand their knowledge, skills, and know-how on the business and science of laundry, cleaning, and sanitation in order to keep up with competition.
The COVID-19 pandemic has not made it any easier.
It brought great disruption in an unprecedented scale, forcing many laundry shops to cut down on cost, revisit laundry processes and procedures, and unfortunately for many, close down permanently.
During this period called the “New Normal”, business owners and professionals in the laundry, cleaning, and sanitation industry should be equipped with much more than cash — they should have the practical knowledge on navigating the new business and service landscape to survive and thrive.
To help business owners and laundry professionals, I am pleased to organize a special series of 2-hour virtual learning sessions, The Laundry Masterclass Series, about the science and business of laundry, cleaning and sanitation, scheduled on August 8, 15, 22, and 29.
